 摘要一直以来，很多人对女性更年期的认识存在片面性，给更年期女性带来很大的困扰。本文从更年期妇女的心理和生理特点分析入手，提出了更年期妇女保健的必要性和重要性，为更年期妇女保健提供了可行性指导，有利于更年期妇女有效地进行身心疾病防治，为减少认知盲目性打下良好的基础。
