 摘要目的：探讨老年高龄女性股骨颈骨折护理的一般原则和方法。方法：回顾性分析30例老年股骨颈骨折患者的护理过程和预后，得出其中的经验和不足。结果：30例患者，25例顺利康复出院，5例死亡(死于心血管意外、脑血管意外各2例，死于肺栓塞1例)。结论：通过充分的术前准备和细心的术后护理，以及良好的术后功能锻炼，老年高龄女性股骨颈骨折患者可以顺利度过这种老年人常见而严重的打击。
