 摘要目的：探讨机械通气患者的气道管理及护理措施，预防呼吸机相关并发症的发生，提高生存质量。方法：对59例行机械通气患者的气道进行规范的管理与监护，做好病情监测，保持气道通畅，预防并发症的发生。结果：59例患者中治愈55例，死亡2例，放弃治疗2例。结论：机械通气中规范的气道管理与监护是危重患者抢救成功的关键，所以在护理过程中必须严密观察病情，及时清除呼吸道分泌物，加强气道湿化，使氧疗有效进行，控制感染，减少并发症，提高生存质量。
