 摘要目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声在急性化脓性及坏疽性阑尾炎诊断中的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析30例急性阑尾炎患者的超声学资料。结果：30例患者中，25例化脓性阑尾炎，5例坏疽性阑尾炎。9例腔内可见粪石强回声，阑尾周围脓肿4例，彩色多普勒超声均明确诊断。结论：彩色多普勒超声可以较为准确地显示急性化脓性及坏疽性阑尾炎，值得应用。
