 摘要目的：探讨烤瓷牙修复的临床常见并发症及有效处理对策。方法：将166例(336颗)安装烤瓷牙的患者分为烤瓷冠组(156颗)和烤瓷桥组(180颗)，比较两组并发症发生情况。结果：336颗牙共307颗(91.37%)恢复良好咀嚼功能，烤瓷冠组和烤瓷桥组并发症发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：烤瓷牙应用于牙体、牙列缺损临床疗效满意，但需注意合理选择适应证并采取有效预防措施预防并发症。
