 摘要目的：胆囊结石伴急性胆囊炎是基层医院门急诊工作中经常遇到的急腹症，患者就诊时往往疼痛难忍，一旦确诊，根据患者全身情况，胆囊切除术是急诊首选的治疗方法。绝大多数患者效果很好，但也有少数患者出现各种并发症。因此，术中容易造成胆总管结石漏诊残留、因解剖变异改变手术方式、胆管误损伤等并发症，给患者造成一定的痛苦。为了避免以上问题的发生，要严格掌握胆囊切除的适应证。
