 摘要目的：探讨引起剖宫产术后晚期产后出血的临床原因。方法：对2003-2013年收治的剖宫产分娩后发生晚期产后出血16例产妇的记录资料进行回顾性分析。结果：本院剖宫产后晚期产后出血发生率0.12%。剖宫产术后晚期产后出血的主要原因是胎盘胎膜残留、子宫切口感染，与剖宫产术式及操作技巧、产妇的全身状况有关。结论：剖宫产术后晚期产后出血的治疗方式以清宫为主，对急性出血者可行血管介入治疗，不得已情况下才考虑行子宫切除术。
