 摘要目的：探讨外伤性脾破裂的治疗方法及原则。方法：2010年1月-2013年12月收治外伤性脾破裂患者86例，23例采用非手术治疗(非手术组)，63例采用手术治疗(手术组)，评价两组的治疗效果。结果：非手术组中，治愈21例，中转手术2例，治愈率91.3%。手术组中，治愈62例，死亡1例，治愈率98.4%。结论：非手术和手术治疗对外伤性脾破裂均为行之有效的治疗手段，应尽可能选用保脾的治疗方法。
