 摘要目的：分析脑膜瘤MRI的影像学特点，以提高脑膜瘤的诊断水平。方法：收治脑膜瘤患者25例，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：脑膜瘤在T1WI图像表现均一的低信号10例或等信号15例；在T2WI图像呈稍高信号18例或等信号4例；增强后呈均匀强化者23例。结论：脑膜瘤的MRI表现具有特征性，MRI对脑膜瘤的定位、定性诊断具有明显的价值，可明显提高诊断准确率。

 AbstractObjective：To analyze the features of MRI of meningioma in order to improve the level of diagnosis of meningioma.
