 摘要目的：观察西替利嗪、地塞米松、维生素C联合治疗急性荨麻疹的疗效。方法：收治急性荨麻疹患者48例，给予西替利嗪片、地塞米松片、维生素C口服治疗。结果：治愈21例(44%)，显效15例(31%)，无效2例，无不良反应，起效时间1～8天，平均3.6天。结论：西替利嗪+地塞米松+维生素C治疗急性荨麻疹效果显著，值得临床进行推广使用。
