 摘 要 家庭健康医生责任制工程是近期无锡市社区卫生工作的一项重点，其主要目标是提高社区居民健康素养和健康水平，实现人人享有卫生保健。本文从社区卫生服务中心这一执行层面进行实践和思考，分析现状，找出问题，提出了对策建议，更好地完成此项惠民利民工程。
