 摘 要 目的：探讨胫骨远端骨折治疗的方法。方法：采用MIPPO技术加内侧LCP治疗62例胫骨下段骨折。结果：62例骨折皆愈合。结论：MIPPO技术加内侧LCP治疗胫骨下段骨折手术损伤小、固定可靠、功能恢复满意。
