 摘 要 目的：探讨脑室外引流术在治疗脑室出血中的效果。方法：脑室外引流术治疗脑室出血患者27例，配合尿激酶脑室注入。结果：经综合治疗恢复良好10例，中残8例，重残1例，死亡7例，失访1例。结论：脑室外引流及术后脑室注入尿激酶治疗脑室出血能有效改善预后。
