摘 要 目的：对急性肺脓肿病症的临床表现及致病菌进行分析总结。方法：2012年5月-2013年10月收治急性肺脓肿患者100例，对临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：本病的病因多为革兰阴性菌感染，共有61人(61%)，患者的临床表现多为寒战、高热、咳嗽、胸痛和脓痰。结论：对急性肺脓肿患者的治疗过程中要对患者的致病菌有充分的了解，选择有针对性的抗生素进行治疗，避免滥用抗生素。
