摘 要 目的：分析儿科病房护理中存在的安全问题，并提出具体的防护措施。方法：2008年5月-2013年5月收治存在护理风险的患者69例，对患者的病历资料和护理风险进行分析。结果：护理内容繁多、压力较大、沟通不当、护理记录不完善等是主要的影响因素。其中发现护理资料填写不完整与风险告知不及时所占的几率相对较高，分别占50.72%、43.47%。结论：儿科应建立完善的护理制度，提高工作人员的素质，并根据其工作的实际情况，申请新的员工名额，缓解其工作压力，达到提高临床护理质量的目的。
