摘 要 目的：探讨近2年在社区卫生服务中心进行体检的老年人高血压、高血糖、血脂异常的发生率，以采取预防及保健措施。方法：2012年1月-2013年8月在社区中心健康体检的>65岁老年人4 960人，对其进行调查分析。结果：高血脂1 476例(29.76%)，男性>女性，比较差异有统计学意义(P80岁者(P65岁老年人进行体检，对疾病做到早发现、早诊断、早治疗是极为重要的。
