摘 要 目的：观察喜炎平注射液对小儿手足口病的疗效。方法：将56例手足口病患儿随机分成两组。两组患儿均给予相同的支持及对症处理，治疗组30例给予喜炎平注射液静注，5～10mg/(kg·日)，1次/日；对照组给予利巴韦林静注，10～15mg/kg，1次/日。疗程均3天。结果：治疗组总有效率94.29%，对照组总有效率95.45%，两组总有效率比较，差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。结论：喜炎平注射液是治疗小儿手足口病的有效药物。
