摘 要 目的：探讨防旋股骨近端髓内钉(PFNA)治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法：2008年11月-2013年7月收治老年股骨转子间骨折患者35例，控制内科疾患后，置入PFNA内固定。观察其疗效。结果：35例患者均获随访，X线片示所有患者骨折均愈合，愈合时间3～4.5个月，平均3.6个月。术后髋关节功能参照Harris髋关节功能评分标准，优26例，良7例，可2例，优良率94.3%。结论：PFNA是治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的一种较好的内固定方法，具有创伤小、出血少、固定可靠、操作简便、较早恢复患肢功能等优点。
