 摘 要 目的：探讨经尿道前列腺电切手术(TURP)治疗患者并发症及其防治措施。方法：2011年11月-2013年11月收治良性前列腺增生患者108例，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：108例TURP患者手术发生并发症20例，发生率18.52%，其中术后出血10例(7例膀胱冲洗后再次牵引导管止血，3例再次电切镜止血)、6例尿道狭窄(定期尿道扩张处理)、3例尿失禁(膀胱造瘘处理)、1例尿道电切综合征(利尿脱水剂、吸氧、抗心衰等处理)，皆在对症处理后痊愈。结论：经尿道前列腺电切术治疗良性前列腺增生患者，手术并发症病因复杂，应及时做好相关的预防与对症处理，才能降低并发症发生率，提高患者生存质量。
