摘 要 目的：探讨脑卒中患者的抑郁发生率、临床特点以及导致抑郁的相关因素。方法：回顾性分析来就诊的54例脑卒中患者，采用贝克抑郁量表了解卒中后抑郁症状、抑郁发生率及抑郁程度，根据结果进行脑部相关部位的检查。结果：54例脑卒中患者中，根据贝克抑郁量表，≤10分2例，10～15分11例，≥15分36例，>25分5例。抑郁症的发生率与反复卒中、神经功能缺损的严重程度及日常生活的依赖程度呈正相关。结论：脑卒中后患者抑郁症发生率高、漏诊率高，且其可能是神经生物学因素和社会心理学因素共同作用的结果，值得高度重视。
