摘 要 目的：了解湖南省桃源县初治涂阳肺结核防治情况，为结核病控制的可持续发展提供技术依据。方法：对湖南省常德市桃源县2011-2012年登记初治涂阳肺结核治疗情况进行队列分析。结果：2011年1月1日-2012年12月31日登记初治涂阳肺结核705例，其中治愈624例，治愈率88.51%。患者治疗2个月末痰涂片阴转684例，阴转率97.02%，3个月末痰涂片阴转698例，阴转率99.01%。结论：我国结核病防治规划是切实可行的，能够有效遏制结核病疫情的蔓延。
