 摘 要 目的：隧道口感染是腹膜透析常见的感染性并发症，若处理不及时，就会发展为隧道感染。应用综合的护理措施及时处理对降低隧道口感染的发生率有重要意义，从而使腹膜透析患者的技术生存率得到提高，生活质量得到提高。本文通过回顾性分析2011年2月-2014年3月初腹膜透析患者4例发生隧道口感染的原因，介绍了相应护理措施。
