 摘 要 目的：研究中西医联合治疗渗出性中耳炎的临床效果。方法：2010年1月-2013年4月收治渗出性中耳炎患者45例(45耳)，采用纤维鼻内镜直视并结合内服中药的方法。结果：45例患者中，有效17例(37.8%)，无效2例(4.4%)，痊愈26例(57.8%)，总有效率95.6%。结论：中西医联合治疗渗出性中耳炎效果良好，简便安全，不良反应小，值得在临床推广。
