 摘 要 目的：探讨氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法：收治慢性胃炎伴轻中度抑郁焦虑的患者80例，随机分为两组。对照组采用常规消化内科治疗；治疗组采用常规消化内科治疗+氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片(黛力新)，1片/日。治疗4周分别评价疗效。结果：氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗组临床疗效优于对照组，且精神症状明显改善。结论：氟哌噻吨美利曲辛可通过改善焦虑抑郁症状，提高慢性胃炎的治疗效果。
