 摘 要 目的：随着医疗技术的发展，在临床治疗过程中输血治疗已较为常见。现如今人们的献血意识也逐步提升，为了更好完成血站的采血工作，本文就血站新进护士培训工作的几点体会做一简单介绍，以期望对以后工作有所指导。
