 摘 要 高血压是心血管系统的常见病、多发病之一，一旦确诊为高血压，患者及家庭将面临多重压力。而在护理过程中，只要通过有效实施的健康教育(包括家属)和优良的行为建立，根据患者处于高血压病的不同阶段有的放矢地实施不同的健康教育内容，从即可增强患者的信心，加之有目的性的行为的建立，患者能更好的开展自我保健和自我护理，从而提高了依从性，生活质量也得以明显提高。
