 摘 要 目的：了解脑囊虫病引起癫痫持续状态的护理措施。方法：及早发现癫痫先兆，给予及时控制，配合医生给予抗癫痫、降颅压、吸氧、纠正电解质紊乱，采取各种护理措施，密切观察病情变化，及时给予对症处理。结果：42例中，有38例经有效治疗护理，痊愈出院。结论：脑囊虫所致癫痫持续状态经及早治疗护理，措施得当，可以痊愈。
