摘 要 目的：探讨新生儿听力筛查未通过的原因和对策。方法：对6389例新生儿进行听力筛查，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：筛查的结果有两种，通过和未通过。对未通过的新生儿，要进行进一步的检查，以明确原因。结论：新生儿听力筛查未通过的原因有许多种，对未通过的新生儿，要进行复查和相关的检查，以明确原因，及时治疗。
