摘 要 目的：探讨复治手足口病临床特征及病原学感染情况。方法：收治手足口病复治患者86例，作为复治组，初治组86例和对照组手足口病90例。观察各组EV71感染情况，并对早期重症临床指标及预后进行对比分析。结果：复治组EV71(+)52例，随访结果，病程第1周EV71阴转0例，第2周阴转10例，阴转率19.23%。结论：复治手足口病存在复发、重复感染及交叉感染等多种感染途径，EV71(+)者为主要传染源，对EV71感染手足口病患儿应隔离至3～4周以防传播。
