摘 要 目的：针对鼻腔异物难取且二次损伤严重的临床现状，设计新型的器材用于临床。方法：根据鼻腔结构特点，自制出异物取出器，选取42例小儿患者作为研究对象，应用自制的异物取出器对患者鼻腔中的异物进行取出治疗。结果：所有患者鼻腔中的异物均安全快捷地取出，且无任何并发症发生，未造成二次损伤。结论：本科室自制的鼻腔异物取出器对于小儿鼻腔异物取出具有很好的临床效果。
