 摘 要 目的：探讨宫腔粘连的诊断、治疗方法及预后。方法：回顾性分析收治宫腔镜下治疗宫腔粘连患者共35例，其中周期性下腹痛11例、月经淋漓不断18例、继发闭经6例(其中4例术后闭经3～4个月后又来月经淋漓不断10余天)。结果：35例患者中治愈32例，3例术后因再次粘连转上级医院。结论：宫腔粘连能造成闭经、月经异常、子宫萎缩、不孕、危害极大，认识其临床特征、发病原因，以便尽早采取综合治疗。
