 摘 要 血小板检测过程中，由于分析前标本的处理不当及其他不确定因素和分析中仪器检测原因导致血小板减少时，各种血细胞分析仪对血小板的计数准确性会存在一定的差异性，检验参考方法和血涂片复查均具有十分重要的意义。
