摘 要 目的：探讨和分析分层管理在护理管理中的效果，总结其临床价值。方法：比较分析实施分层管理前后护理质量和满意度情况。结果：实施护士分层管理后，护理质量、护士的工作满意度和住院患者满意度均较实施前有明显提高。结论：实施护士分层管理，实现了人力资源的合理调配和科学管理，促进了护理质量的持续改进，提高了护士的工作满意度。
