 摘 要 医疗纠纷是困扰医疗机构和临床医生的一大难题，医生上班时不但受到疾病和技术的挑战，更时时受到医疗纠纷的折磨。解决医疗纠纷迫在眉睫。通过分析医疗纠纷的原因，得到解决的办法。
