 摘 要 近年来，随着社会经济的不断发展和人民生活水平的不断提高，人们的生活的方式也渐渐出现变化，在这一转变过程当中，慢性疾病的频发率也随着越来越高，糖尿病就是最常见的慢性疾病之一。据国内医学报告，糖尿病已经被公认为严重威胁人类生命健康的重大疾病，如何在社区引起居民的关注，如何把防治糖尿的知识技能普及到大众，如何检测和避免糖尿病，笔者对此进行探讨。
