摘 要 目的：分析喘息性疾病的婴幼儿过敏情况，以利于早期干预。方法：用全自动荧光免疫分析仪和皮肤点刺试验对54例喘息性疾病婴幼儿进行过敏原检测和血清IgE检测。结果：血清IgE检测与吸入过敏原比较，差异有统计学意义，与食入过敏原比较，无统计学意义。结论：吸入过敏原较食入过敏原更易导致机体的高IgE水平。
