 摘 要 目的：探讨中药内服并针灸治疗脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法：收治脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡患者60例，采用针灸及自拟胃愈汤进行治疗。结果：本组60例患者治愈44例，治愈率73.3%，好转14例，好转率23.3%，无效2例，总有效率96.7%。结论：中药内服并针灸治疗脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡治愈率高，总有效率高。
