摘 要 目的：观察银杏叶提取物片治疗慢性脑供血不足的临床疗效。方法：收治100例以眩晕为主要症状的慢性脑供血不足患者，随机分为两组，治疗组50例，对照组50例。治疗组服用银杏叶提取物片，对照组服用氟桂利嗪胶囊。结果：治疗组总有效率94%，对照组总有效率66%。结论：银杏叶提取物片治疗慢性脑供血不足疗效优于氟桂利嗪胶囊，且无不良反应。
