 摘 要 目的：探讨剖宫产率升高的相关因素。我院5年来产科住院分娩总数和剖宫产率呈阶梯式上升，其原因可分为社会性因素和医源性因素，社会性因素对剖宫产率的影响应值得重视，如何降低剖宫产率是产科工作者及全社会共同的责任。
