 摘 要 目的：探讨手术治疗外伤性血气胸合并多发肋骨骨折的临床疗效。方法：收治骨折患者60例，采用电视胸腔镜手术和肋骨骨折固定术进行治疗。结果：本组60例患者均治愈出院，住院时间(8.7±1.3)天，手术时间(91.4±9.6)分，出血量(119.8±13.1)ml。结论：电视胸腔镜手术治疗外伤性血气胸合并多发肋骨骨折手术时间短，出血少，临床疗效好。
