 摘 要 目的：医学学科和医学技术的发展，特别是随着医学模式的转变，医学哲学在基层临床医学实践中的作用趋于明显。基层医生应在临床实践中，善于培养医学哲学思维，并应努力做到如下几点：临床实践应遵循医学哲学思维；科学合理应用医学哲学思维以防范临床误诊误治，通过灵活运用医学哲学思维，促进基层医学实践工作的发展。
