摘 要 本文分析B型预激综合征误诊为同时合并完全性左束支传导阻滞1例，在对两者进行鉴别诊断及两者是否有合并时，除了认真观察各自的特征外，还应注意P-J间期和QRS波群终末特点，结合顺向型房室折返性心动过速时及在行射频消融术后是否有束支传导阻滞等更具有明确诊断价值。
