 摘 要 总结1606例经阴道分娩行会阴侧切术产妇的护理，认为术前系统掌握孕妇身体状况，有效处理伴随疾病，术中把握侧切时机，严格无菌，规范操作，术后及时观察及精心护理，恰当及时的处理措施是预防侧切不良愈合发生的关键。
