 摘 要 目前剖宫产手术广泛使用腰-硬联合麻醉，低血压是腰-硬联合麻醉剖宫产术中常见的并发症，因此，预防低血压的护理措施显得尤为重要。目前甲氧明已成为临床上预防治疗剖宫产术中低血压的常用药物。加上围术期的护理配合，剖宫产术中常见的并发症，如麻醉后低血压、心动过速等心血管反应，以及产妇恶心、呕吐的发生率，都大大降低。提高了护理质量，保障了医疗安全。
