摘 要 目的：探讨人性化护理服务在乳腺癌化疗患者护理工作中的应用。方法：收治乳腺癌化疗患者86例作为研究对象，通过健全相关护理制度、优化操作程序、强化护理人员素质培训、强化护理人员与患者沟通交流等措施，施行人性化护理服务。结果：采用人性化护理服务后，优化了护患关系，护理人员的服务意识及与患者的理解得以提高，并且提高了乳腺癌化疗患者对护理工作的满意度。结论：实施人性化护理服务可增强护理人员的服务意识，提高临床护理服务水平。
