摘 要 目的：探讨人性化护理在外科护理管理中的应用价值。方法：收治30例外科患者作为本次研究对象，对照组、研究组各15例，对照组实施常规护理，研究组在此基础上采用人性化护理，对比两组护理效果。结果：研究组护理质量明显优于对照组，患者身体状况恢复较快，满意程度极高。结论：在外科护理管理中实施人性化护理对患者的康复具有重要意义。
