摘 要 目的：通过对肝经郁热证蛇串疮患者采用中西医联合治疗，探讨治疗肝经郁热证蛇串疮的最佳治疗方法。方法：采用随机数字表方法分为试验组50例和对照组50例，试验组采取中西医联合治疗，对照组采取西医常规治疗，进行疗效观察。结果：试验组新疹停发时间、疼痛减轻时间、结痂时间、疗程和不良反应等明显优于对照组。结论：中西医联合治疗肝经郁热证蛇串疮疗效显著。

Abstract Objective：Through using integrated Chinese and Western medicine to treat liver meridian syndrome snake strand sore，to explore the best therapy for treatment of liver meridian syndrome snake strand sore.Methods：A random number table method was divided into the experimental group of 50 cases，50 cases in the control group，the experimental group take integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment，the control group take routine treatment of Western medicine，to observe curative effect.Results：The new eruption stopped time，pain relief time，time to crusting，course of treatment and adverse reaction of the experimental group were better than that of the control group.Conclusion：The curative effect of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of liver meridian syndrome snake strand sore is remarkable，is worth to clinical promote.
