摘 要 目的：对瘢痕子宫再次妊娠分娩方式合理选择的探讨。方法：收治瘢痕子宫和非瘢痕子宫的产妇128例，她们再次足月妊娠，选择不同的分娩方式，比较分娩结局。结果：两组患者，瘢痕子宫阴道试产成功的产妇与非瘢痕子宫产妇阴道试产，产后出血量、住院时间及新生儿评分等比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：瘢痕子宫孕妇再次分娩方式应根据具体情况选择。

Abstract Objective：To explore the different delivery modes of pregnant woman with scar uterus.Methods：We selected 128 cases of pregnant women with or without scar uterus in 2012 May to 2013 May.They had a full-term pregnancy again，and chose different modes of delivery.Delivery outcomes were compared.Results：Two groups of patients，maternal with scar uterus and successful vaginal delivery and maternal without scar uterus and with successful vaginal delivery，there was no significant difference in the amount of postpartum hemorrhage ......
