摘 要 目的：观察叶酸联合幽门螺杆菌根除治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法：收治慢性萎缩性胃炎患者78例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，平均每组39例。对照组采用幽门螺杆菌根除治疗；治疗组在对照组的基础上加用叶酸治疗。结果：治疗组疗效明显优于对照组；胃炎症状彻底消失时间和用药治疗总时间明显短于对照组；停药后胃炎病情复发率明显低于对照组。结论：叶酸联合幽门螺杆菌根除治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效较好。
