 摘 要 目的：探讨手术治疗肺癌的临床效果。方法：治疗肺癌患者80例，均采用开胸癌肿所在肺叶切除术。结果：本组50例患者手术时间(181.2±58.5)分钟，胸腔闭式引流留置时间(8.1±3.2)天，术后住院时间(11.7±4.5)天，离床活动时间(3.6±0.9)天，切口感染1例。结论：手术治疗肺癌并发症少，疗效显著。
